According to recent research in the UK, 15-20% of the population is neurodivergent, meaning they have learning, communicating and thinking styles that differ from what’s considered neuro-typical. This equates to 13 million people, including 700,000 people with autism spectrum condition and two million people with dyslexia.
Research by Forbes also suggests that more than a third (35%) of entrepreneurs are neurodivergent, which is far above the percentage of people in corporate environments and is often connected to above-average creativity and innovation traits.
